Being Bored is A good thing!

    BOREDOM  People nowadays shift their attention at work every 45 seconds. Our brains are constantly multitasking between work, checking email, talking on phone.  Boredom is beneficial for the brain: We may think how it can be beneficial to the brain. Take an example  When you are walking to school,  taking a shower or staring blankly out of the window - that's when you ignite a network in your brain.   Your body is in autopilot and your brain actually fires up.  This is when your brain connects all the random ideas and thoughts floating in the background of the brain.  When our mind is idle it reminds us about the tasks we left over and the forgotten tasks when are needed to be done. But today in our fast world we don't take time to be idle. Our parents don't like their children being idle so they join them in additional class or make them to do work.
