Being Bored is A good thing!

 BOREDOM

People nowadays shift their attention at work every 45 seconds. Our brains are constantly multitasking between work, checking email, talking on phone.

Boredom is beneficial for the brain:

We may think how it can be beneficial to the brain. Take an example

When you are walking to school,  taking a shower or staring blankly out of the window - that's when you ignite a network in your brain.

Your body is in autopilot and your brain actually fires up.  This is when your brain connects all the random ideas and thoughts floating in the background of the brain.

When our mind is idle it reminds us about the tasks we left over and the forgotten tasks when are needed to be done. But today in our fast world we don't take time to be idle. Our parents don't like their children being idle so they join them in additional class or make them to do work.

I'm not saying that multi tasking is bad, it is required only sometimes but not every time. I'm just saying we need to take time to be idle (do nothing)

"sometimes doing nothing means doing something"

(don't tell that to parents)

Mr. 's theory "Observational analysis"

Observational analysis  To be simply speaking, it is just observing our surroundings. But it is more than just observing we need to observe the most tiniest detail and the conversations they have with us,  it maybe a rubbish talk,  but it is information for us. I was visiting my father's colleague, I was forced to go but that is an another story. Only my father and mother only knew them, so I was totally bored to entertain myself I came up with the concept of "observational analysis" and I tested this.  What I did is just simple, I paid attention to everything if I didn't, they'll know that I'm not interested in their home and that will make them uncomfortable in their own house.  As I was speaking, I paid attention to everything 1. Conversation between my father and mother and the colleague's  2. Seeing photos hung up on the wall  3. This maybe odd but observing their faces (I mean face structure, etc.)  4. Their way of behavior  5. Their house setup 6.
