 Tea 


Tea is a popularly drunken beverage in the world. Tea is the world's most consumed beverage. It is a very simple beverage and it's tasty. 

Tea has many origins around the world. I'll list it out:

Origins :China 

According to the Chinese legend. The emperor shen Nung discovered tea approximately 3000 years ago. The emperor set up camp with entourage in the shade of a tree. The emperor started fire and boiled water the vapour from the water dried the leaves of the tree above. Suddenly the dried leaves of the tree fell into the water and turned golden.  The emperor was delighted by the he scent and it's delicious taste. That was the origin of tea.





Origins : India 

 The legend refers to this story which happened at 500 after Christ. The bodhidharma  took an vow to meditate for 7 years and not to fall asleep. After meditating for 5 years he cannot resist the need to sleep. Fear of breaking his vow he grasped the branches of the tree he was sitting below and ate few leaves. The leaves have him an refreshing and  gave him an energizing effect, banished tiredness therefore completing his vow.

  • There are many types and varieties of tea. 
  • Tea is first drunk as an medicine.
  • Tea helps to fight cavity.
  • Tea regulates cholesterol levels.

About Amazing Kathmandu

  Kathmandu  Kathmandu is The capital of Nepal. It is surrounded by mountains and serene views from the mountains.  The Kathmandu is the most biggest city in Nepal and it is known as the "City if Temples".  It only has a population of 1 million people ( 10 lakh) this city is situated in approximately 1400 metres above in a bowl shaped valley known as "Kathmandu valley".  Kathmandu is the royal capital of the  kingdom of Nepal and hosts palaces, mansions of the Nepalese aristocracy.  Now Kathmandu is the home to the headquarters of SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation).  Since 1995.  Kathmandu is described as "A Enormous treasure of Art and sculptures" so if you are planning to go to Kathmandu dont forget to take pictures of the Kathmandu's art and sculptures.  The sculptures are made out of Wood, metal , stone and terracotta.
