questions:
1) --------- possess broad, flat hooves with flat soles that help prevent them from sinking into the desert sand.
[hint : These antelope are one of the few species where male and females have horns of the same size.]
2) ------- have thick lips which let them forage for thorny plants other animals can't eat, can completely shut their nostrils during sandstorms , thick pads of skin on their chest and knees, camels can comfortably sit in very hot sand.
3) This animal has amazing bone-crushing teeth , Short, powerful canines are on display towards the front of the jaw, but deep in the back of the jaw where they can exert the most leverage, are massive carnassial which pulverize the entire skeletons of prey as big as wildebeest.
4) This animal is known for it's stealthy predators, hunting at night and often lying in wait for prey or silently stalking it before pouncing from behind and delivering a lethal bite to the spinal cord.
[hint: It has three lobes at the bottom of the pad, teardrop-shaped toes.]
5) this animal have two organs that can sense radiation: their eyes, and a set of heat-sensing "pits" on their faces that enable them to locate prey and move towards it, based on the prey's thermal radiation signature. These pits have a relatively short effective range of about 1 ft, but this give a distinctive advantage in hunting for warm-blooded creatures at night
(hint : comes under reptiles (snacks))
6) this bird generally feed and live in pairs, or in family groups from late spring through winter. Flocks of this bird have been reported, but seem to be extremely rare. Flocking has been observed only in areas of abundant forage and does not last longer than a few hours. As ground feeders, they spend much of their time on the ground and are not strong fliers, with any flights being somewhat erratic – switching between rapid wing flapping and gliding.
